**We are located on Long Creek off the Brazos River and Lake Granbury. We are currently in a drought and water levels are low and subject to change. Please check here for current water levels. Anything below 95% and you will not be able to get in smaller boats or a pontoon in at our ramp. 85% and below, the water will be down 2-3 feet and is extremely shallow around our dock and you may have to wade out a little bit with the paddle boards and kayak to get to deeper water. Deeper water is the left and there are PVC pines marking the deeper water area to the Brazos River to the right or Lake Granbury to the left once you get out of our cove.**
